history

The company was formed by Richard Charlton and Donal Ryan in 1998 with offices in Austin Friars, London.

The company is set up to offer IT-based consultancy into the investment management sector. Early clients include Schroder Investment Management and British Airways Pensions.

Dean Grossmith joined Affinity in 2000 as Director with responsibility for the property investment sector. Dean joined from KEL Computing where he had been IT Director. Much of the leading edge work that Dean was responsible for at KEL became the basis for the PISCES data base and standard.

During early 2004 our offices moved to 1 Poultry, in the heart of the City, and we began a significant programme of development to produce a range of software products aimed primarily at the property investment sector.

We continue to provide consultancy, development and managed services and in addition to our own consultants and developers we can call upon a wide range of Associates - able and effective IT and business consultants with whom we have usually had a long relationship.
